The provider uses their knowledge and medical experience to help the individual attempting to lose weight to create a realistic plan that meets their unique circumstances.
Our Medical Weight Loss Program is a custom, patient centered program that includes nutrition & behavioral counseling, food & exercise education and medications to target, achieve and maintain your goals.
We offer a 12-week program that includes: evaluation, bloodwork, weekly 1 hour sessions with our provider, meal and exercise plans, vitamin supplementation and weight loss medications.
Our program is available in-person or virtually.
