Meet Our Team in Lutz, FL

Dr. Ortiz holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida and has practiced as a family nurse practitioner since 2011, with 14+ years in primary care and 10+ years in diabetes, thyroid and hormone care. She leads every visit at the practice, in the office or by telehealth.

Jorge, Dr. Ortiz's husband, oversees the practice's daily administrative and clinical operations, including staff, budgets and workflows. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Purdue University and brings more than 15 years of operations and customer-service leadership to the practice.

Danielle brings more than 10 years of experience in health and wellness to the front office, handling patient relations, scheduling and coordination, and health, fitness and nutrition education. She is a certified personal trainer with a nutrition certification and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, expected in 2029.
